8.15 Using Network Recording (Optional)

Context
If a recording server is available on the network and the network recording function is enabled
on the touch panel, you can start and stop recording a conference at the chair site. For details
about how to enable network recording, see
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Enable Network Recording in the conference controls list to start recording.
If automatic recording is selected in conference settings on the network management system, the recording server
records a conference after the conference starts.
Step 3 Click Disable Network Recording to stop recording.

8.16 Disconnecting a Site

Context
Using the Disconnect Site function, the chair site can disconnect a site from the conference.
After a site is disconnected, its icon is still listed on the conference control screen. The chair site
can call the site to rejoin the conference as required.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap the desired site in the site list.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, tap OK.

8.17 Calling a Site

Context
Using the Call Site function, the chair site can call a site to join the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 In the site list, tap a site that is currently not in the conference.
