3.6.6 Customizing Conference Control Functions

From the touch panel, you can customize the functions available on the conference control
screen.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 Select conference control functions as required.
Step 3 Tap Save.

3.6.7 Restarting the Telepresence Host

You can restart the telepresence host from the touch panel.
Context
When the telepresence system is not used in a conference, or no settings are being imported into
or exported from the system, you can restart the telepresence host.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap
A dialog box is displayed to prompt you to confirm the restart.

Description
Specifies the prefix you need to add when dialing an eSpace number.
NOTE
If this option is selected, the system preferentially places a point-to-
point call to a site.
If this option is selected, and the TP3106 is in a conference, the
TP3106 automatically shares a presentation when a presentation
source is plugged in.
> Settings > Advanced Settings > Conference Control Customization.
NOTE
Tap All to select all options and Deselect all to deselect all options.
> Settings > Advanced Settings > Restart Telepresence Host.

This parameter is available only after eSpace Server is enabled.
To enable eSpace Server, on the Telepresence System Manager, choose
System Settings > Network Address Book, select eSpace Server, and click
Save.
