3.5 Waking Up the Telepresence System

If you do not operate the touch panel for a specified period of time (configurable on the
Telepresence System Manager) when the following conditions are met, the telepresence system
goes to sleep:

The telepresence system automatically wakes up in any of the following cases:

3.6 Performing Common Tasks

Common tasks include configuring the user interface language; changing administrator
passwords; configuring default conference settings; viewing the system information;
customizing conference control functions; and using the online help.

3.6.1 Setting the Language

The language settings take effect immediately after your selection.
Tap
changes immediately.

This button is available on
the conference controls
list after you tap
the touch panel home
screen.
Refreshes the
conference schedules
list.
You do not log in to the Telepresence System Manager.
The telepresence host is not being upgraded.
The local site is not in a conference.
You have not plugged in a presentation source.
A call comes in.
A presentation source is plugged in.
The telepresence host starts an upgrade.
You log in to the Telepresence System Manager.
