Performing Conference Control Operations

8.1 Viewing a Site

Context
If no site in the conference is being broadcast or having the floor and voice activation is disabled,
participating sites can view any sites they wish on their HD displays. The chair site can view
desired sites at any time during the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap a site in the site list to display the site controls list.
Step 2 Tap
l If you have selected Continuous presence when setting the conference parameters, you can view videos in
l You cannot view audio-only sites.

8.2 Adding a Site

Context
The chair site can add sites not on the conference control screen from the contacts list or keypad
to the conference using the Add Site function.
