3.6.5 Configuring Default Conference Settings

Context
From the touch panel, you can configure default conference settings.

Description
Specifies the type of line used to initiate the conference.
Specifies the conference bandwidth. If a Cisco TelePresence site is to be
called, the value of this parameter must be greater than 1.5 Mbit/s.
Specifies the conference password. This password is required for a site
to request chair control rights and allows anonymous sites to join the
conference.
Specifies the continuous presence mode for the conference. 0 indicates
that continuous presence is not supported.
Specifies whether to enable network recording for the conference.
l Disable: Network recording is disabled for all conferences.
l Enable: Network recording is enabled for all conferences.
l Enable once: Network recording is enabled for the current
conference only.
NOTE
This parameter is available only when Network recording server is enabled and
a network recording server has been deployed on the network. To enable Network
recording server, from the Telepresence System Manager, choose System
Settings > Conference, select Network recording server, and click Save.
