6.10 Adjusting the stitch length

The stitch length is adjusted for forward sewing with the help of
setting wheel 1.

The stitch length for sewing in reverse is adjusted with the help of
setting wheel 2.
Changing the stitch length while sewing
With the feed regulator hand lever 3, the stitch length can be varied
infinitely between the set forward and reverse stitch lengths while
sewing.

Feed regulator hand lever 3 all the way up.
Forward sewing with the adjusted stitch length.
–
Feed regulator hand lever 3 all the way up.
Reverse sewing with the adjusted stitch length.
