Configuration
Sets all the parameters for a particular RED Pack.
set random-detect <redID> <minTH-value> <maxTH-
value> <prob-value> <wq-value>

Definition
The value identifying the particular RED Pack.
The minimum threshold value for the RED
Pack. Values range from 1 through 254.
The maximum threshold value for the RED
Pack. Values range from 2 through 255.
The probability factor value for the RED Pac.
Values range from -15 to -4.
The queue weight for the particular RED Pack.
Values range from -10 through -7. -10
responds less quickly to instantaneous changes
in traffic flow. -7 responds more quickly to
changes in traffic flow.
