Configuration
Sets the maximum total number of cells the ATM Uplink module
will send per second to the BUS. This setting prevents the ATM
Uplink module from overloading the BUS. In the event there are
many flows that have not triggered separate DDVCCs, this setting
will ensure that all of the "micro" flows collectively don't overload
the BUS.
* Note: You must disable a LEC each time you make a change to
the configuration. After you make configuration
changes, you must enable the LEC in order for the
changes to take effect.
