Problem
Sometimes the vehicle doesn't
run, but other times it does

Helpful Hint: For faster service when calling Customer Service, completely charge the batteries before calling and have the following available
by the phone:
• vehicle,
• vehicle model number (see sticker in battery compartment),
• vehicle production run number (see sticker in battery compartment),
• Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver and needle-nose pliers with plastic or rubber handles,

30 amp fuses, one in each 6 volt battery. Make sure Power
Wheels
®
30 amp fuses are properly installed in the 6 volt
batteries. For best performance, do not use substitute parts.
Teach your child to stop the vehicle before switching
speeds and before switching from forward to reverse.
