e • Position the sport bar with the ends on
a flat surface, as shown.
• Fit and hold the front and back halves
of the KC™ light rack against the sport
bar. Make sure the two KC™ light rack
halves are aligned, and that the screw
holes in the KC™ light rack are aligned
with the screw holes in the sport bar.
• Snap the tabs on the front half of the
KC™ light rack into the slots below the
KC™ lights on the rear half of the KC™
light rack.
• Insert two #6 x 1 1 / " screws through the

holes in the back of the KC™ light rack,
through the sport bar, and into the front
half of the KC™ light rack.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
f • Posez les bouts de la barre sport sur
une surface plane, tel qu'illustré.
• Placez et tenez les parties avant et
arrière de la barre lumineuse KC™ con-
tre la barre sport. Vérifiez que les deux
parties de la barre lumineuse soient
bien alignées et que les trous à vis de

• Enclenchez les pattes sur la partie

• Insérez deux vis #6 de 1
trous à l'arrière de la barre lumineuse
KC™, à travers la barre sport et dans la
partie avant de la barre lumineuse.
• Serrez les vis avec un tournevis cruci-
forme. Évitez de trop serrer.
S • Situar la barra estabilizadora con los
extremos encima de una superficie lisa,
tal como muestra el dibujo.
• Encajar las mitades delantera y trasera
de la barra de los faros en la barra
estabilizadora y sujetarlas en esta posi-
ción. Asegurarse de que las dos
mitades se encuentran alineadas, y de
que los agujeros para tornillos de la
barra de los faros quedan alineados

barra de los faros, a través de la barra

de la barra de los faros.
• Fijarlos con un destornillador de estrel-

P • Posicionar a barra de suporte com as
extremidades sobre uma superfície

KC - Parte de frente
• Encaixar e segurar as duas metades do
conjunto de luzes KC contra a barra de
suporte. Verificar se estão alinhadas e
se os orifícios dos parafusos estão alin-
hados com os da barra de suporte.
• Encaixar as linguetas da parte da
frente do conjunto de luzes KC nas ran-
huras situadas abaixo das luzes KC na
parte de trás do conjunto de luzes KC.
• Inserir 2 parafusos #6 x 3,81cms
através dos orifícios até à metade da
frente do conjunto de luzes KC.
• Aperte os parafusos com uma chave
Phillips. Não aperte demasiado.

• Push down firmly on a sport bar side
leg while pulling up on the side fender
to fit the sport bar into the vehicle body.
• Repeat this procedure on the other
side of the sport bar.
• Insert a 1 1 / " x 1 / " machine screw into

the hole closest to the front of the vehi-
cle in the underside of the rear wheel
well, through the vehicle body and into
the end of the sport bar.
• Tighten the screw with a Phillips screw-
driver. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure on the other
side of the vehicle body.
f • Placez la barre sport et les supports de
barre dans les trous de la carrosserie.
• Appuyez fermement sur les montant
latéraux de la barre tout en poussant le
garde-boue vers le haut pour rentrer la
barre spoer dans la carrosserie.
• Répétez ces étapes de l'autre côté de
la barre sport.
• Insérez une vis à métaux de 1
po sous les ailes des roues arrière. La
vis doit être placée dans le dernier trou
de l'aile, c'est-à-dire vers l'avant du
véhicule. Elle doit traverser la car-
rosserie et pénétrer dans la barre
sport.
• Serrez le vis avec un tournevis cruci-
forme. Ne pas trop serrer.
• Repetez l' étape pour installer l'autre
vis dans l'autre côté de la barre sport.
S • Colocar la barra de seguridad y las
patas de la misma en los agujeros cor-
respondientes de la carroceria.
• Para que la barra encaje bien en la
carrocería, apretar con fuerza una do
las patas laterales mientras se tira del
guardabarros lateral.
• Repetir la misma operación en el otro
lado de la barra de seguridad.
• Introducir un tornillo de 3,8 cm x 0,6
cm. en el agujero más cercano a la
parte delantera del vehículo de la parte
inferior del compartimento de la rueda
trasera, introducirlo también por la car-
rocería y por el extremo de la barra
estabilizadora.
• Fijar el tornillo con un destornillador de
estrella. No apretar en exceso.
• Repitir la misma operación para intro-
ducir el otro tornillo en el otro lado de
la barra de seguridad.
P • Posicione a barra de protecção e os
suportes na direcção dos orifícios exis-
tentes na carroçaria.
• Carregue com firmeza na perna lateral
da barra, ao mesmo tempo que
empurra o gurada-lama para encaixar
a barra.
• Repetir a operação para encaixar a
perna do outro lado da barra.
• Inserir 1 parafuso de 3,81cms pelo
orifício mais perto da frente do veículo,
no interior do guarda-lamas de trás até
à extremidade da barra de suporte.
• Apertar com uma chaves Phillips. Não
apertar demasiado.
• Repetir esta operação do outro lado.
