4.20 Data Navigator
The Data Navigator window organizes and retrieves your experimental data, as well as
their associated control paths and data. Information is displayed from the current
experiment, or the currently loaded experiment.

Data Tree Hierarchy (Window)
A convenient 'Data Tree Hierarchy' window opens to select and order parameters.
Select parameter group
list.
Available Parameter
equation = "ln( r[1] ) * 2.55 + 3"
This equation takes the natural log of the Routine Variable r[1], multiplies it by 2.55,
and adds 3.
Then, in the Waveform Editor, set a Segment's Amplitude field to 'Equation', and en-
ter the equation as "#power_to_volts".
The main window displays a "tree" structure arrangement of
your experimental data, based upon the Data Tree Hierarchy.
All nodes of the data tree are expanded, and their data are
displayed down to the Routine-Signal level.
All nodes of the data tree are collapsed up to the top-level
node(s) in the Experiment.
The first signal of the last routine in the experiment is
highlighted in the data tree, and that signal's data are
displayed in the preview pane below it.
The signals from the highlighted routine are opened into the
Scope window for analysis.
The "sort" hierarchy is displayed in this window, and can be
modified using the buttons below.
This button restores the default experimental hierarchy, which
is Paradigm Name > Series Name.
The sort hierarchy is removed, and the current experiment's
raw data is displayed in the main window in a simple time
sequence.
A custom sorting hierarchy can be built up from any associated
metadata.
Select a Metadata parameter group from the drop-down
Select a specific parameter to add to the data tree.
