Select the waveform amplitude for a Segment
Use the IPA Control panel holding level for the
Segment's amplitude.
When used in Segment 1 for voltage-clamp experiments,
this allows you to record the leak current along with the
actual holding voltage, For current-clamp experiments,
this allows you to record the actual cell potential and
holding current.
When used in the last Segment, information after
stimulation is recorded, such as for tail currents.
