Cursors
Vertical measurement cursors can be set within the input signal panes. Each measurement cursor
has a measurement width, with a start time and an end time, over which analyses can be made.
In the Scope window, measurement cursors can be graphically repositioned - left-click on a measure-
ment cursor to select it (the shaded cursor area turns black) and hold and drag the mouse cursor to the
new location, and when you release the mouse button, the measurement cursor moves to the new posi-
tion.
Buttons
Clicking the button displays digitized analog data in the Scope win-
dow. In the data acquisition and membrane test modes, live digitiza-
tion occurs for your input signals.
When you click the 'Start Acquisition' button, data recording starts,
and the button then changes into the 'Stop Acquisition' button. For
both the online data acquisition and offline re-analysis modes, an asso-
ciated Analysis window is displayed that plots measurements made
upon the digitized data.
If the 'Stop Acquisition' button is clicked, data acquisition will stop,
and the button will change back to the 'Start Acquisition' button
Determines how data acquisition is terminated. When the 'Stop Ac-
quisition' button is clicked, data acquisition is immediately halted,
even if this occurs in the middle of a sweep.
In this case, any partial sweep that was in progress is not saved with
the data.
However, if the 'Stop at End of Sweep' checkbox is enabled, then the
current sweep will complete before data acquisition is stopped, and the
last recorded sweep will be a complete sweep of data. If no sweep is in
progress, acquisition will stop at the end of the next sweep to be rec-
orded.
Opens the Real Time Analysis dialog, in which you configure the Scope
window cursors and their analysis measurements, or more-complex
user-defined equations, for graphing in the Analysis window.
See the Routine Editor: Real Time Measurements dialog for details.
When accessed via the Set Measure button, changes to the dialog
apply to the active routine in the Scope window, but are not written to
the Update button in the dialog allows
