4.19 Equation Editor

The Equation Editor maintains a list of equations that can be re-used in any equation. A con-
venient label is assigned to an equation, and used in an equation field in place of the stored
equation. Your collection of equations is available wherever equations are used:

The Equation Editor is accessed from the SutterPatch menu. Its equations are created and saved
in an equation pool file - a simple text file which can also be directly edited with a text editor.
