Some features can be adjusted by your service representative to suit your
needs. This section gives a brief description of these features. For more
information, contact your service representative.
Energy saver
With this function, all input modes are reset and the copier uses less
electricity. If you select this function, the copier can automatically turn the
energy saver function on. Your service representative can set one of two
ratios. Note that the greater the saving ratio is, the more time the copier will
need to return to the ready condition.
APS A5 detection
Your service representative can set the copier to detect the original size that
is set on the exposure glass as A5 ; whenever the copier cannot detect it
with Auto Paper Select.
APS size priority (8
As a default setting, when you use 8
the same size paper in Auto Paper Select mode. Your service repre-
sentative can change the paper size to 8" x 13" or 8
APS 8K/16K detection
If you use 267 x 390 mm and 195 x 267 mm size paper often, your service
representative can set the copier to select the following paper sizes when
you set the following size of originals in the Auto Paper Select.
