Global Server This error message displays when there is
Comm Error a communication error between the global
server and the device.
Group Not You have tried to select a group location
Available number where only a single location number
can be used, such as when adding locations
for a Multiple Send operation.
Install The corresponding part of the machine is
[xxx] not installed.
Invalid The color part of the machine is not for your
[xxx] machine.
Install Toner The color toner cartridge is not installed.
Invalid Toner The color toner cartridge you have installed is
not for your machine.
Invalid Server The server adress you have entered is invalid.
Address
IP Conflict The network IP address you have set is being
used by someone else.
Line Busy The receiving fax machine did not answer or
the line is already engaged.
Low Power The machine is in the previous stage of the
power save mode.
Mail Exceeds The mail size is larger than the supported
Server Support size by SMTP server.
Main Motor There is a problem in the main motor.
Locked
Load Manually The multi-purpose tray is empty in manual
Press Start Key feed mode.
Memory Full The memory is full.
MP Tray Paper has jammed in the feeding area of the
Paper Jam 0 multi-purpose tray.
Network Error There is a problem with the network.
Not Assigned The speed button or speed dial number you
tried to use has no number assigned to it.
