− If the appropriate bit is set to "1" (operation disabled), the relevant block will be reset (all registers are initialized), and the
clock of the relevant block will stop. When this bit is set to "1", the writing to all the registers of the relevant block will be
invalid, an initial value is read when a register is read. To use the function of the relevant block, reset (enable operation)
the appropriate bit of the block control register to "0".
