Solving general operating problems
PROBLEM
Washer dryer
stops working mid
cycle.
Vibrating.
Small puddle of
water from under
the machine.
Washer dryer
keeps stopping
and starting.

TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The washer dryer has
detected a fault.
Power or water failure.
Washer dryer has been
paused.
Too many suds.
Transit bolts left in place.
Washer dryer may not be
level.
Load is out of balance.
Inlet hose or drain hose
leaking.
Lots of suds.
Detergent dispenser
blocked.
Detergent dispenser
drawer not fully closed.
Damage to door seal.
The 'Wrinkle Free' option
has been selected.
WHAT TO DO
Refer to pages 40 – 42.
Check the power and/or water is
working correctly.
Touch the
button to continue.
Washer dryer is waiting for suds to
dissolve before continuing the cycle.
Ensure transit bolts are removed
prior to use of the product (refer to
page 10).
Ensure washer dryer is installed on
an appropriate surface and levelled
correctly (refer to page 12).
Wash an average sized load rather
than a smaller load or a single item.
Washing or drying one item at a time
is not recommended as it is difficult
for the washer dryer to balance a
single item during spin.
Check inlet hose and the drain hose
are correctly attached and not
damaged.
Suds may have leaked and then
dissolved.
Clean detergent dispenser drawer
(refer to page 37).
Close detergent dispenser drawer
fully and ensure it remains closed
during the cycle.
Check seal inside door for damage. If
it sustains any damage it will need to
be replaced.
