If this test failed:
1.) Swap front-plane boards to determine if the
failure point changes as the boards are moved.
Replace Front Plane is determined to be failing.
2.) Swap GTX boards around to check if the failure
follows one of the boards. Replace if determined to
be failing.
3.) Replace GRLY.
4.) Replace the MRX Board.
