To retrieve a parked call in Transfer mode:
Do one of the following:
1.
If the park retrieve code is not configured, dial the park retrieve code (e.g., *10).

If the park retrieve code is configured, tap the Retrieve soft key on the dialing

screen.
The phone will retrieve the parked call from the shared parking lot.

Call Pickup

You can use call pickup to answer someone else's incoming call on your phone. The CP920 IP
conference phone supports directed call pickup and group call pickup. Directed call pickup is
used for picking up a call that is ringing at a target phone number. Group call pickup is used for
picking up a call that is ringing at any phone number in a certain group. The pickup group
should be predefined, contact your system administrator for more information.
You can pick up an incoming call by using the DPickup/GPickup soft key. To use call pickup,
you need to configure the call pickup code beforehand via web user interface.
If there are many incoming calls at the same time, tapping the GPickup soft key on the phone

will pick up the call that rings first.
Directed Call Pickup
To enable directed call pickup and configure the directed call pickup code via web user
interface:
Click on Features->Call Pickup.

Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Directed Call Pickup.

Enter the directed call pickup code in the Directed Call Pickup Code field.

Click Confirm to accept the change.
