Please read through the handling guidelines for the RMA process before you send in a
defective device for repair. Then complete the RMA form (Return Merchandise
Authorization), sign it and send it to our "Returns Centre".

The tablets PCs contain metallic and plastic parts and electronic components.
The equipment must not be disposed of with regular garbage. Instead, it should be
disposed of separately in an environmentally-friendly manner. Our customers may
return all products purchased from us for disposal. We will then ensure proper disposal
in line with legal requirements.
However, the sender must bear all shipping/packaging costs.

Use original packaging for transport.

