Intended use 1.3.1 Exclusive purpose The tablet PC Agile X IS is a handheld piece of electrical equipment. It serves the purpose of the mobile recording, processing and/or radio transmission of data within potentially explosive atmospheres. It is used exclusively in combination with devices which comply with the requirements placed on the overvoltage category I. -

1.6.4 Repairs Repairs to explosion-proof equipment may only be performed by persons authorized by BARTEC, who must employ the latest technological practices, observe the manufacturer's instructions and use only original spare parts. The applicable regulations are to be observed here. -
Page 11: Co-Applicable Documents - Set Of Documents
Cases of disaster through the impact of foreign bodies and force majeure. – BARTEC grants a warranty period of three years on the Tablet PCs (exception: internal and external rechargeable battery ½ year), starting from the BARTEC delivery date. The warranty period for accessories is 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers all parts of the delivery and is limited to the free-of-charge replacement of or repair of the defective parts by BARTEC. -

Replace a battery when you notice that its performance has deteriorated considerably (does not last as long per charge). The standard warranty period for all BARTEC rechargeable batteries is six months, regardless of whether the battery was acquired separately or included as standard with the Agile X IS Tablet PC. -
