Problem
The battery is not
charging
No image appears in the

Solution
Agile X IS
Check
whether the external power supply is connected.

whether the external battery was inserted correctly.

Check
whether you can wake up the device using the On/Off

button.
whether the backlight settings may be too low. Increase

the backlight settings in the Tablet PC's control panel or
using the HotTab application.
Check
whether the external power supply is connected.

whether the external battery was inserted correctly. If

necessary, charge the internal/external battery
Check
whether the LED option is activated in the HotTab tool.

activated = orange / deactivated = white
Check
whether the Bluetooth option is activated in the HotTab

tool.
