Toinsert, attach the opened adapter to the guide rods of the front headrest
and clip in the direction of arrow

Clip in the holder in the direction of arrow

To remove, pull on the securing tab
holder out of the adapter in the direction of arrow

Press the adapter and remove in the direction of the arrow
guide rods of the headrest.
