Manually Transfer Printer Data
•
You can have print data manually forwarded to other printers reg-
istered on the OKI LPR Utility when printing cannot be done due to
a printer being in - use, offline, or out of paper.
• You cannot forward to printers made by other manufacturers.
Note!

Please forward to the printers with the same model name.

Select a printer.

Select [Job Status] from the [Remote Print] menu.

Select the print job you want to transfer and select the for-
warding destination printer in [Redirect] within the [Job] menu.

The job will be sent to the destination printer.

Download the file to the printer
•
You can download the file to the printer and print it.

Select a printer.

Select [Download] from the [Remote Print] menu.

Select the file to download and click on [Open].

Start the file download.
Launch a web browser
•
You can launch a web browser, set the printer network and config-
ure menu settings from the OKI LPR Utility.
