• iCube is out of range.
iCube turns OFF
• The battery is empty
iCube is unresponsive and all three indicators are lit solid

Troubleshooting Guide
POSSIBLE REMEDY
• Find the Bluetooth settings on your computer
and turn Bluetooth functionality ON.
• Move iCube closer to your computer.
• Charge iCube
• Unplug the USB cable and press the reset
button. If the problem persists, delete
Bluetooth pairings and press the reset button
again. If the problem still persists, contact
your local Phonak representative.
• Start the "Pairing Wizard for iCube" which
will provide you with the option of removing
the existing device. To delete the Bluetooth
pairing from your iCube, press and hold the
Bluetooth pairing button for about 10 sec-
onds until the Bluetooth indicator is lit solid
blue.
