use of this TOE.

hardcopy or electronic

printed hardcopy output.

the information about a
user's document or job to
be processed by the TOE.

Description
When a user uses MFD
functions of copy, print, fax,
and scan, the document data
are temporarily stored in the
internal HDD for image
processing, transmission, and
Store Print. The user can
retrieve the stored document
data in the MFD from a
general user client by CWIS
function.
When a user uses MFD
functions of copy, print, fax,
and scan, the document data
are temporarily stored in the
internal HDD for image

Store Print. When the jobs are
completed or canceled, only
the management information
is deleted but the data itself
remains.
Logical box that is created in
the internal HDD to store the
document data scanned by
scan function or fax receive
function.
