An identifier for an object that is globally unique. WWNNs are used by Fibre
Channel and other standards.
worldwide port name (WWPN)
A unique 64-bit identifier associated with a fibre-channel adapter port. The
WWPN is assigned in an implementation- and protocol-independent
manner.
