3.3. Put the sliding gate in place
Always use approved lifting tools to transport heavy loads. Always
work with more than one person when doing any hoisting or lifting
work even if you are using lifting aids. The maximum weight of a
load to be transported by one single person should not exceed 25
kg.
ATTENTION! Use hoisting gear of adequate load-bearing capacity.
The safe loading capacity is always specified on the hoisting gear.
Lifting the gate improperly may cause deformation of the gate.
(Secure the drive post!)
ATTENTION! Pay attention to ensure proper load distribution when
lifting gates! The slinging belts must have adequate load-bearing
capacity and should not be frayed. Make sure that the gate is
protected adequately! Do not use any chains!
STEP

1. Lower the pillars
over the ends of the
threaded rods.
2. Put washers and
nuts in place and
tighten them by
hand.

Bring the gate to
the closed position.
Make sure that the
passage is free from
any obstacles
Crushing hazard!

Tighten all the nuts.

1. Slide the end stops,
with the help of which
the gate is secured during
transport, outwards.
Never remove the end
stops!
2. Unlock the motor
according to the motor
manual in electrically operated gates.
3. Tighten the end stops exactly in the proper position so that the
gate is aligned when it is opened or closed.

STEP
Adjust the level of the
post and the gate with the
help of nuts on the
threaded rods relative to
the base plate by using a
spirit level in such a
manner that they are
plumb-vertical or
horizontal.
