Device Check-in

The purpose of the device check-in feature is to provide connectivity to "configuration-only"
servers. The device will "check-in" to these servers periodically to check for configuration
updates. A check-in is similar to a wakeup message. After UDP connection is established, the
server will configure the device using AT commands.
This feature is enabled with AT$CHKIN command and requires Novatel Wireless M2M CMS
software version 3.1 or higher. For more details, please see Novatel Wireless M2M document
