S Acquire a set of piano jacks rated to properly
handle the unit weight and size.
S Raise the forks of the piano jacks to contact
the bottom of the unit base.
S Place the piano jacks against unit as shown.
Place,
nonabrasive,
between the piano jacks and the unit panels.
S Secure the piano jacks to the unit.

S Use the piano jacks to raise the unit so the
pallet is just off the ground.
S Use a phillips type screw driver to remove
twelve (12) wood screws, six (6) from each side
of pallet.
S Remove the two (2) runner addon parts.
S Use the piano jacks to lower the unit so the
pallet rests firmly on the ground

S Bolts used to secure the unit to the pallet are
now accessible.
S Bolts are recessed into the deck boards of the
pallet.
S Remove four (4) bolts, two (2) on each side of
the pallet. Bolts can be removed using a 1/2"
socket wrench, openend wrench, or pliers.

S Remove three (3) lag bolts from one side of the
remaining pallet deck boards. The lag bolts
can be removed using a 1/2" socket wrench,
openend wrench, or pliers.
S Remove pallet parts, including wood spacer
boards, from under the unit.

S The unit is now supported by only the piano
jacks.
S Take the wood spacer boards, removed in step
6, and place them on the ground under the
unit base.
S Using the piano jacks, slowly lower the unit
until the forks of the piano jacks touch the
ground, and the unit base rests on the spacer
boards.
8.
S The unit is now ready to have the piano jacks
removed.
