S When handling the packaged unit with a fork lift or pallet jack, the unit shall not be lifted any
higher than 51102 mm off the ground. All bystanding personnel shall be no closer than 3.7
m to the handled packaged unit.
S If circumstances require the unit to be lifted higher than 102 mm great care shall be excercised
and all bystanding personnel are to be no closer than 5 m to the lift point of the unit.
3.4
Unpacking the Unit
1. Remove the exterior stretch wrap packaging
material from around the unit, exposing the pro
tective corner and side packaging planks.
2. Remove the corner and side packaging planks
from the unit, exposing the bag over the unit.
The bag may remain in place for dust and panel
protection, or removed for immediate unit in
stallation.
3. Remove the bag when ready to install the unit.

Removing the Unit from the Pallet using Piano Jacks
1.
S Remove sixteen (16) lag bolts that secure the
four (4) top deck boards, two (2) on each end
of the pallet. The lag bolts can be removed us
ing a 1/2" socket wrench, openend wrench, or
pliers.
S Remove the four (4) deck boards.

S Open top panel door with the mounted con
trol.
S Remove bottom baffle panel assembly by re
moving screws using a standard screw driver.
S Set baffle panel assembly side in a safe loca
tion until instructed to reattach.
S Close and latch top panel door.
