組立前に次の作業を行なって下さい

※ 以上は、サーボフレームを例にした説明です。その他のカーボ
ン製部品についても他の部品との関わりを考慮に入れ、 同様の
面取り加工を行なって下さい。

工場組立済の各ユニットは、 ヘリコプターを飛行させる上で非常
に重要な部分です。 構造を理解する意味も含め、 ネジの締め付け具
合や、 回転部分が滑らかに機能するかを、 必ずお客様自身で十分に
確認して下さい。その際に、不明な点や不審な点がありましたら、
組立・飛行を行う前にヒロボー（株）モデル事業部エンジニアリン
グサービスまでご相談下さい。
Each factory-installed unit is a very important part for a flight of the
helicopter. Check fully in person the way in which screws are tight -
ened and whether rotary parts function smoothly, even to understand
the structure. If you have any inquires or suspicious matters at that
time, do not hesitate to consult us at the Engineering Services of Model
Operation Dept., HIROBO LIMITED.
サーボフレームの場合
In case of the servo frame
① 外周の面を紙ヤスリで軽く面取りします。 （図１）
② 組立時にサーボフレームが内側になる面を決めます。
ベアリングホルダー、 クロスメンバー、 カウンターギ
ヤの取付け位置を紙ヤスリで平面にします。
（カーボンフレームは、カット、穴開け時に板面にバ
リなどが出ている為に面が図のようになっています。
よって、上記の①②の加工が必要です。 ）
① Lightly chamfer the frame along the periphery with a
paper file. (Fig. 1)
② Decide its inner surface when assembled. File the frame
in positions where the bearing holders, cross members,
and counter gears are to be attached.
(The carbon frames are uneven as shown below due to
burrs developed when cutting and boring, necessitating
the above steps ① and ②.
の場合
矢印の穴にピッチアップベアリングホルダーが入ります。
他の個所と同様に紙ヤスリで面取りを行ってください。
また、実際にピッチアップベアリングホルダーを組み合わ
せし、入りにくい場合は内径を紙ヤスリで調整します。
For
Pitch up BRG holder will fit inside the hole with
arrow. This part needs to be chamfered.
If this BRG holder is tight fit, chamfer little more
to adjust.

※ The above is description of the servo frame, as an example. Concern-
ing the other carbon parts, chamfer them in the same manner taking
into account the relation with other parts.
