● カーボンフレームの面取り加工
カーボンフレームは、 カットや穴開け加工の際にバリ等
が出て、面が下図の様になっています。
１ カーボンフレームの外周を紙ヤスリで軽く面取りし
ます。
２ ベアリングホルダー、クロスメンバー等の取付け位
置を紙ヤスリで面取りします。
● ベアリングに

瞬間接着剤を付け、 内輪に付かない様十分に注意して下
さい。

Additional parts list
● Chamfering of the carbon frames
Burrs are produced in cutting and perforating the carbon frames.
The bevels are as is shown in the figure below.
１ Chamfer lightly the outer circumference of the carbon
frame with fine sand paper, etc.
２ Chamfer the positions for attaching a bearing holder, a
cross member, etc. with fine sand paper.
● When the bearing has
portions as shown while using extreme care so as not to let the
adhesive reach the inside.

- Page 2 警 告 WARNING フライト前には必ず各部の点検を行いましょう。 Please be sure to inspect every parts before flight. １ ・ 組立てたばかりの機体や高回転部（ローターヘッド部、マスト部、エンジン部、テール部等）は、 ネジが緩みやすいので、フライト前に毎回点検・増締めを行って下さい。 ２ ・ 部品の損傷等、異常がないかも必ずご確認下さい。 ３ ・ 安全の為、取扱説明書は必ずお読み下さい。 １ ・ Screw of just assembled helicopter, and on the high rotating area (Roter head, Main mast, Engine, Tail) are tend to become loose. Please be sure to check and re-tighten those before every flight. ２ ・ Please confirm that there is nothing wrong with the parts. ３ ・ For your safety, please be sure to read the instruction manual carefully.
