Location: Through the valve stack.
Function: Holds the stack together.
Cause
Tie rods under torqued
Tie rods torque too tight

Corrective action
Check and retorque - 28 Nm [248 lbf•in]
Replace and retorque - 28 Nm [248 lbf•in]
