Resetting All Settings to Factory
Default
This feature enables you to clear your Yap Jack Plus of all
previous settings and return to default settings. You only
need to do this if you're returning your device or if you
want to start fresh with all new settings.
To reset all settings to factory default:
A series of messages displays.
If the upgrade is successful, Upgrade
Complete displays on the LCD. If the upgrade is
unsuccessful, Upgrade Failed displays.
5. Press the @ key to restart the device.
If you perform this procedure, you will not
be able to retrieve your previous settings
(e.g., account number and PIN).
1. Unplug the power cord from the device.
2. Press the Menu/Exit and OK buttons
simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord back in.
4. Follow the instructions on the LCD.
All settings are reset to factory default and Yap
Jack Plus * Ready * displays.
