Contact Information Sub-Menu
Contact Information enables you to enter or select the
following options:
Field Name
Your Email
Your Phone
Allow Messages
Description
Using your telephone
keypad, you can enter an
email address that technical
support will use to send
upgrade notifications or
pertinent information
regarding the device or
service. (highly
recommended!)
If you want technical
support to keep your
telephone number on record
for future technical support
communications, you can
enter a contact telephone
number in this field.
Select if you want to allow
text messages to be sent to
you by technical support
(Enable) or if you do not
want messages (Disable).
The default setting is
Disable.
