Fastener Tightening Specifications

Adapter-to-connecting piece bolt
Charge Air Cooler (CAC) mount bolt
Charge air pipe-to-cylinder block bolt
Charge air pipe-to-charge air hose clamp
Charge air pressure sensor with intake air temperature
sensor-to-charge air pipe bolt
Connecting pipe-to-connecting piece bolt
Connecting pipe-to-exhaust manifold nut
Control line bracket-to-exhaust manifold stud nut
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) control line fitting
Cylinder block support banjo bolt
Damper-to-charge air hose bolt
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) filter to stud bolt nut
Exhaust gas temperature sensor 1-to-exhaust manifold
Exhaust manifold/turbocharger-to-cylinder head nut
Oil return pipe-to-turbocharger bolt
Oil supply line bracket-to-turbocharger bolt
Oil supply line fitting-to-oil filter bracket connection
Oil supply line fitting-to-turbocharger
Turbocharger support stud bolt
Turbocharger-to-particulate filter clamp
Vacuum actuator with charge pressure actuator position
sensor-to-turbocharger bolt
Warm air collector plate bolt
Wiring harness bracket/heat shield-to-turbocharger bolt
Replace fastener(s).

Coat the stud bolts with hot bolt paste G 052 112 A3.

Coat only the threads with hot bolt paste G 052 112 A3.
