The AD converter or hardware is defective.

The current between sensor and unit
was interrupted during measurement.

Measuring time is not realistic (too short).

between lead and shiels).

Before measuring, the following items
must have been performed:
- nominal thickness was entered,
- Zero adjust was performed,
- Teach-In was performed.

Parameters cannot be changed, since a parallel
function is active (e.g. "Teach-In" or
"Measurement start").

9.8 Faults due to operating voltage (faults no. 60 to 64)

Operating voltage was below 20V DC.

Sensor voltage was too low.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DOUBLE SHEET DETECTOR R1000 UDK20
Change AD converter / hardware.
Check cable and connectors.
Check whether the sensor was removed
during measurement (Counter-induction).
Exchange sensor.
Exchange sensor / cable.
- Enter nominal thickness,
- Perform Zero adjust,
- Perform Teach-In.
