TROUBLESHOOTING
Client software (DMP Control, DMP Explorer,...) Does Not Work
Make certain your computer can access the DMP Server by checking the following address in Windows Explorer:
•
\\DMPserver\
•
\\ip address of the server\
If you cannot access the DMP Server, no DMP software program will work correctly . Contact your local IT administrator to set up the
correct access, The default DMPserver login details are:
•
User name: LM
•
Password: DMPuser
