Preparing Scenes

Now that we have created a few Scenes of interest, we want to organize them into a song. For
this, the Arranger provides you with many editing facilities. Let's introduce the most important
ones.
8.2.1

Renaming, Coloring, and Moving Scenes Slots

As with Sound slots and Groups, you can change the name and color of your Scene slots for a
better visual organization — especially useful in a live situation! You can also move them with-
in the Arranger. Renaming and Coloring can only be done in the software. The procedures are
the same as with Sound slots and Groups (see for example

To rename a Scene slot, double-click its current name, type a new name, and press [En-
ter] on your computer keyboard.

To assign another color to a Scene slot, right-click ([Cmd] + click on Mac OS X) the
Scene slot's label, select Color in the context menu, and select the desired color in the
palette.
To move a Scene slot, click and hold its label, drag your mouse horizontally until the in-
sertion line is at the desired place, and release the mouse button to drop the Scene slot
at its new place.
