Holding 3-Way

Conference Calls

You can hold conference calls with
two additional callers.

Call Pickup

With call pickup, you can use your
phone to answer a call ringing on
another phone, including parked
calls that have since reverted.

Contact Directory

You can save frequently-called
numbers to the Contact Directory.
Depending on the configuration of
the phone, you can associate
entries as speed dials on a line
button.
If you want an entry to be a speed
dial, be sure to enter a value in the
Favorite Index field.

Using Speed Dials

Depending on the configuration of
your phone, if there are line buttons
not being used for extensions, you
can set them up as speed dials.

Call Lists

You can view a list of the calls that
you have placed, received, and
missed.

Quick Reference Guide
1. Make or receive a call from the first party.
2. Tap Confrnc.
3. Dial the number for the second party.
4. After the second party picks up the call, announce the conference and tap
Confrnc again to join all parties on the call. If the second party refuses to join the
conference, tap Cancel to return to the first party.
Note: Even if you hang up, the other two parties can continue the conference.
Group Call Pickup
With Group Call Pickup, you can answer incoming calls on other phones that have
been specifically configured in the same group as your phone. To answer an
incoming call on another phone in your call pickup group:
Tap GpPickup. If multiple calls are ringing in your pickup group, your phone will
answer the call that arrived first.
Directed Call Pickup
With Directed Call Pickup, you can answer incoming calls on any other phone at your
dealership. To use Directed Call Pickup to answer any incoming call on your system:
Tap More and DirPickup. Enter the extension to answer, and then tap Enter.
Adding Entries to Your Contact Directory
1. Press the Home button
2. Tap Directories.
3. To add a new contact, tap Plus.
4. Tap on each field, then use the dialpad to enter the entry's information. Be sure to
enter the 10-digit phone number (Contact field; no leading 1 or 9 required) for the
contact. Scroll up or down to view all of the fields for the contact.
5. Tap Save when finished to save the new contact.
Searching Entries in Your Contact Directory
If you want to search for an existing contact while viewing your contact directory, tap
Search, enter your search criteria, and then tap Search.
Deleting Entries in Your Contact Directory
1. Press the Home button
2. Tap Directories.
3. Tap the entry to delete.
4. Tap the delete icon
5. Tap Yes to confirm the deletion.
Adding Speed Dials
When adding a new entry in your Contact Directory, be sure to specify a valid number
in the Favorite Index field for it to be associated with an available line button (e.g., if
you have two line buttons available, enter either 1 or 2).
Calling Speed Dials
Tap the line button associated with the speed dial entry to call the contact.
1. While viewing the Lines home screen, tap the Clock icon
2. While viewing the call list you can:
Call a number by tapping anywhere in its entry.
Filter the list by tapping Filter
View details about the call by tapping Information
Clear the calls in the list by tapping Clear
