Safescan 6155
Money Counter
for Coins and Banknotes
Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Safescan 6155 money counter. The Safescan 6155 is an invaluable tool to quickly
and accurately count cash in supermarkets, restaurants and other retail environments.
Its unique design allows counting of both coins and banknotes and features most of the major worldwide
currencies. The Safescan 6155 supports 3 default currencies: Euro, British Pounds and Swiss Francs. Other
currencies can be uploaded through the built-in USB interface.
Its intuitive user interface takes you through all coin and banknote denominations automatically, from the
smallest coin to the largest banknote. The screen will display the quantity and amount for each denomination
as well as the total amount for all denominations. The results are stored in the memory and can be viewed at
any time during and after the counting session. The Safescan 6155 prints the counting results on a thermal
printer through its RJ-45 serial connection or via the build-in USB interface to a PC. The optional Safescan
Money Counting Software will display and store the counting results for each session and will allow easy cash
reports to be printed or exported to any application.
