Powering the Phone On and Off

To turn the phone on or off, press and hold the
key for two to three seconds. The phone enters
standby mode, with the main screen displayed, as
shown in Figure 1-2.

Arrow keys: Used for navigating from
one function to another.
Can be used as Power key or End key:
Power key: Switches the phone on

and off.
End key: Used to end or reject a call

or to return to standby mode.
Pound (#) key: Shortcut for switching
key lock on and off.
In entry mode, use the pound key to
select special characters or symbols.
