Finishing

You can set the standard Finishing mode. The <Finishing> setting is under the
Standard Settings menu.
IMPORTANT
• The Rotate + Collate mode can be used when:
- Both A4 and A4R paper sizes are loaded in the paper drawers or loaded in the stack
bypass.
- The paper drawers or the stack bypass to be used for the Rotate modes are set to
<On> in <Auto Drawer Select> in the Common Settings menu. (See Chapter 3, "Useful
Functions and Settings," in the Reference Guide.)
• If the optional Finisher-U2 is attached, the Rotate + Collate mode is not available.
NOTE
The default setting is 'Group'.

<Copy Settings> ➞ use [
➞ press [OK].
The Standard Settings menu appears.

(Additional Functions) ➞ use [

<Finishing> ➞ press [OK].
The Finishing menu appears.
Use [ ] or [ ] to select <Group>,
<Collate>, <Staple>, <Offset + Group>, or
<Offset + Collate> ➞ press [OK].
The selected mode is set, and the LCD
display returns to the Standard Settings
menu.
