DESCRIPTION
When using the active VoIP recording feature, an issue was observed
whereby the recording call INVITE was rejected if the "sip whitelist"
parameter was enabled even when the recording server IP address was
specified in the applicable configuration parameter. This issue has been
fixed.
When using the phone with the Metaswitch call manager an intermittent
stability issue was observed when a user was attempting to initiate a direct
transfer. This issue has been resolved.
6867i and 6869i: An enhancement has been implemented in Release 4.2.0
SP1 whereby users are now able to navigate to the Directory search bar by
pressing the up navigation key when on the right column (i.e. contact's
number column when only the Local Directory is being used and contacts
column when the Directory is using one or more external sources).
6873i: In Release 4.2.0 SP1, when the on-screen keyboard is displayed,
touching an unused part of the active area (e.g. the status bar) will
automatically hide the on-screen keyboard. Alternatively, users can still
touch the Hide Keyboard button.
When dialing in live dial mode, the audible DTMF tones for the dialpad keys
pressed were at times not synchronized with the key presses. This issue
has been corrected.
6867i, 6869i, and 6873i: When using the phone with the MiVoice 5000 call
manager the TLS/SRTP encryption icon was not being displayed in certain
conference scenarios when the TLS protocol was being used. This issue
has been fixed.
Users were unable to transfer a call to a dialpad speeddial entry. This issue
has been corrected and users are now able to select a dialpad speeddial
entry as a transfer recipient by pressing and holding the respective dialpad
key after pressing the Transfer key or Xfer softkey.
6863i and 6865i: Diversion information was not being displayed on the
phone when performing an outgoing call to a party who had call diversion
enabled. This issue has been fixed.
An issue was observed whereby BLF ring splashes were not being played
if the global ring tone was changed to Tone 6 on the phone. This issue has
been corrected.
When in the process of dialing a number using pre-dial mode, if a NOTIFY
message requesting to update the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) status
was received by the phone, the numbers entered were incorrectly cleared
from the display. This issue has been resolved.
An issue was observed in a particular environment whereby one-way audio
occurred when the SRTP RoC did not reset to zero. For this specific case,
defining the "srtp loose roc" parameter as "1" resolves this issue.
6869i: To improve audio quality, enhancements have been made in
Release 4.2.0 SP1 to the 6869i SIP phone's speakerphone equalization
filters, volume settings, and other audio-related parameters.
Issues Resolved in Release 4.2.0 SP1
