Specifying the Input Language Using the Configuration Files
Use the following parameter to specify the phone's input language using the configuration files:

Allows you to specify the language to use for inputs on the IP phone.
Entering a language value for this parameter allows users to enter
text and characters in the IP phone UI via the keypad on the phone
or, for the 6873i, the on-screen keyboard, in the language specified.
