Master Cylinder Inspection; Master Cylinder Reassembly And Remounting - Suzuki DR 125 Service Manual

• Pull out the dust seal boot 1 and remove the snap ring 2.
" 09900-06108: Snap ring pliers
• Remove the washer 3, piston 4 and spring 5.

MASTER CYLINDER INSPECTION

MASTER CYLINDER
Inspect the master cylinder bore for any scratches or damage. If
any damages are found, replace the master cylinder with a new
one.
PISTON AND RUBBER PARTS
Inspect the piston surface, primary/secondary cup, and dust
seal boot for any scratches, wear or damage. If any damages
are found, replace the piston set with a new one.
MASTER CYLINDER REASSEMBLY AND
REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the master cylinder in the reverse
order of removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following
points:
