Telephone Differences
Customer Originated Trace should not be used on single-line telephones since a
single-line telephone user cannot identify the BRI line on which an incoming call
was received.

The feature code assigned to Customer Originated Trace by the local
telephone company can be programmed as an Outside Auto Dial button.
Directory The feature code assigned to Customer Originated Trace by the local
telephone company can be programmed as an entry in the Personal or
System Directory on an MLX-20L telephone.
Speed Dial
The feature code assigned to Customer Originated Trace by the local
telephone company can be programmed as a System or Personal Speed
Dial code.
