The SIMATIC VS120 system can be configured as follows for the acquisition and processing
of recognition values:
• System configuration with digital I/O
• PROFIBUS DP environment
• PROFINET IO environment
• System configuration Ethernet (TCP / IP) or RS-232, for example, via Com server
